The Deep Creek Falls Copper wall fountain spans an impressive 7 feet 7 inches in width, and stands at almost 6 feet tall. In other words, this tremendous water fountain covers a lot of wall space. It is so big that it comes fully equipped with nine recessed halogen lights (or LED lights, if you so desire) just to give it the proper dramatic illumination such a visually stunning fountain deserves. How It Works:
Water is pumped from the reservoir in the tray at the bottom of the fountain up to the top, where it falls on top of the slate or marble fountain face to create a soothing, visual effect. A remote is included that allows for easy on/off controls as well as the brightness of the halogen lights. If you choose to switch to LED lights, the remote control has buttons to select from 4 different patterns of lighting, as well as the shade and color of lights so you can set the exact mood for the room.

You may pick between the traditional square or the more contemporary round edge for both the hood and the tray. The fountain ships with an “EZ” installation bracket to simplify the installation process, as well as a DVD with step-by-step videos on both installation and maintenance.

The copper tray and hood are both finished with a brazen design and sealed with a high quality powder coat to preserve the finish for years to come. The Copper Vein tray and hood have copper finish but are made of steel with Copper Vein finish coated over the surface.

These fountains weigh on average 3 x 180 pounds dry (180 lbs for each piece of slate), but with the included “EZ” installation bracket, the proper tools listed on the DVD, and a helping hand, any two people will be able to install this fountain easily. The only limiting requirement is for the fountain to be drilled into a stud in the wall. We do offer a lightweight alternative that dramatically lowers the weight of the slate, thereby making installation easier.

The lightweight option is a good option for those looking to reduce the weight strain that this fountain puts onto the wall, but with the proper installation, the heavier option has a brilliant array of textures and designs that the lightweight option does not have.

The only limiting requirement is for the fountain to be drilled into a stud in the wall. The lightweight slate differs from the regular slate fountains because it has a metal trip on the side of the slate that the regular slate fountains do not have.
