In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your
waterfall purchase, you are welcome to return the product to us within
30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less
original delivery and return shipping and six percent processing cost.
In order to ensure a full refund, the product must be returned unused,
in new condition, with the original packaging materials intact.
Custom fountains, engraved fountains and bulk fountain orders of 5
or more are non-refundable. We ask that return shipping be prepaid
by the customer, and all packages must be insured for the full retail
value of the fountain. All returns must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization Code. This can be obtained by calling our customer service
department. Any return not accompanied by an authorization code can
not be accepted by our shipping department.
Warranty
All
fountains sold through DiscountFountains.com come with a 1 year warranty
on the water pump and are guaranteed against shipping damage. To file
a warranty claim please send order ID number along with description
and photos of the damage to Info@DiscountFountains.com.
Order
Cancellation Policy:
Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a six
percent restocking fee to cover credit card charges incurred by our
company in good faith. Customers who refuse delivery or cancel
their order after the item has shipped will be responsible for a twenty
percent cancellation and restocking fee, in addition to all shipping
charges. Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand
our return policy, cancellation policy, and shipping guidelines.
Damage
and Defects
DiscountFountains.com is not liable for any damage caused to fountain,
person or space through the use or set up of fountains sold on this
site including but not limited to water damage, misuse and installation.
Many of our fountains are made of natural slate, thus variances between
the pictures on our website and actual fountain delivered are common.
This variance in the natural slate color makes each fountain unique
and is not a justification to cancel or return a fountain.
Shipping
damage must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your fountain.
Also if the box is visibly damaged upon arrival at your home you must
note this on the bill of lading when you sign for the fountain. To
